Smurphs, Hackers, & Rank Level Requirements

Shove smurphs and hackers into the same match, and leave everyone out of that matchmaking. Dealing with them at all is 10000000% annoying and getting old. You don't wanna ban smurphs cuz its making the game look popular? Sure whatever. Don't wanna deal with cheaters? Can't do much about that. But what CAN BE DONE, is that these people are sent into lobbies against each other, where the rest of us won't get punished - especially in ranked where it MATTERS. Final thing, raise the rank level requirement. I'm seeing way too many level 10-50's ruining rank, using obvious strikepacks, hacks, or they're simply a pro on a new account. Whatever the case is, it makes rank POINTLESS and a harder grind.
