So apparently I was banned due to using Borderless Gaming 3rd party software...

So as you guys may have already known, the Borderless mode in Apex Legends causes stutter and lag, so I thought "Maybe using Borderless Gaming" would help. Then 10' later I was banned .-. . Can anyone look into this case for me cuz I've been actively reporting cheaters and would never cheat to ruin the experience for myself and anyone else.

    EA Answers HQ can't help you with bans other than to guide you to the right people to discuss your ban.

     You must contact the Terms of Service (ToS) team here.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • Next time try to enable triple buffered sync in options before using some 3rd party solutions that are messing with game. Try official EA support
