It really doesn't, read back for reason's why. For the quick version, Shooting better is more skillful than who shot faster. Who shoots first will matter much less and the guy with better aim will likely come out on top, I much rather die to someone with well placed aim than some spray and pray nonsense. high TTK forces you to stay on target for longer, you wont likely get a lucky kill, like you would with a low TTK.
Just sounds to me like you prefer low TTK games, which is fine, plenty of them out there to be played, but the overall point is this one does Not need to be every other game on the market. Sadly low TTK is Very casual friendly (instant gratification) so most devs tend to pick that style, and thus why we are saturated in multiplayer games that are increasingly clone feeling.
