Sort out matchmaking

Dunno what the matchmaking is doing right now, I'll premise this with the fact that I am a mid player I do alright im not the best im not even in the same gene pool as some of the people that play this game.

So I feel like the constant matchmaking against masters, preds ect is a bit disheartening I want to actually play the game and feel good playing it helping my team getting a kill ect I dont like getting destroyed constantly by a havoc wielding no recoil via muscle memory 20 bomb with 10million damage masters player.

Can you fine tune the sbmm cause it doesn't feel at all like im playing people on my level, let the sweats play with the sweats leave the regular folks alone :)
