Sort out the ranking system

Hi,

after a good long while trying to grind out the Gold area i have seriously hit a curb with the game. Im constantly stuck with Bronze to Silver ranks, i know i am not an apex legend tier of player, but im definitely above gold. I keep getting teammates who again, are at bronze and silver who don't communicate, half of them are toxic and racist and just generally not great at the game. i know it sounds harsh, but that is why there are ranks - to divide the lower tier players from the higher ones - why mix them?

The solution, make the matches in brachets;
 Tier 1 - Bronze 4 - Bronze 1
 Tier 2 - Silver 4 - Silver 1
 Tier 3 - Gold 4 - Gold 1
 Tier 4 - Plat 4 - Plat 1
 Tier 5 - Dia 4 - Dia 1
 Tier 6 - Apex vs Apex

Or even something like;
 Tier 1 - Bronze 4 - Bronze 1
 Tier 2 - Silver 4 - Silver 3
 Tier 3 - Silver 2 - Gold 3
 Tier 4 - Gold 2 - Plat 3
 Tier 5 - Plat 2 - Dia 3
 Tier 6 - Dia 3 - Apex

Having to team up with teammates who don't know what they're doing in 70% of matches is irritating and is seriously making a void of people stuck in these areas. Keep the matches to a single tier of players...im begging to please fix this. Regardless of wait times...i'd rather wait 10 minutes for a game where i have a decent team and have a change, then going instantly into a queue and losing 2 points constantly
