Sparrow Can't Wall Bounce like other Legends

I realized that Sparrow can't wall bounce like other legends. It seems like he does not carry momentum the same. 

I think this should be changed. 

For example, when you bounce off a wall with Ash, Pathfinder, Gibby, etc, you end up going twice as far as Sparrow does and twice as high. 

Try it out for yourself. It is pretty strange.
