Starter pack and founders pack

Is there any chance we can have the starter pack and the founders pack back on the store?

what is the logic of removing those packages? Only people that played since season 1 can buy them, is it for exclusivity? If that is the case then remove the badges from the game.

I called support already, they dont have any information. Thank you in advance.
