Still no enemy footsteps

I play on PS4 but can't afford to upgrade to a PS4 Pro it's bad enough that we get half the frame rate but it seems there's a bug the audio settings as well as I have never heard enemy footsteps even...

I've played a lot on ps4 pro as well as the slim. And I can tell you the frame rate and footsteps audio are equally garbage on both systems. Additionally, since the last patch I have not noticed any improvement or change to the audio on either system.
