Reading all these childish comments just shows a bunch of butt hurt kids with no basis of proof.
Controller is at a disadvantage in nearly every way against a mouse n keyboard. Also it shows that most of you have no idea what aim assist is when you speak the way you do.
First lets understand aim assist. Aim assist does not lock onto targets or track targets. All aim assist does is slightly slow your cross hair movement when you enter a certain radius to a players hit box. What it also doesnt do is help with any engagements past 100m. Remember aim assist at range is non existent.
Second is that you are complaining about the ability to use a thumb to controll aim vs your whole table and with the ability to perform micro adjustment on mouse. If a controller was so powerful every pro would be using one. However they aint its a very select amount that use controller and these people are the 1 in a million players that no matter what they use would kick you to the lobby.
What you honestly dont like isnt aim assist. It isnt controller its the fact you had nearly every advantage over the other player and still lost. Aka you're simply a bunch of sore losers.
As some one of that use to play in some tournaments when he was younger on CS but had to stop and use a controller due to an accident that destroyed my wrist, controller is never ever going to be close to the movement and controll of a mouse n keyboard.
If im wrong go get a controller and start using it yourself. Prove that it is easier. Just like all the fortnite pro fools that said the same and within a month all went back to mouse.
Stop complaining because you got beat. Learn how to adapt how to change how to counter
You're a liar.
I've tested it, it does track targets, it does lock on.
I've also tested it without aim assist. I don't hit nearly as much.
If a 8 year old can slay lobbies. controller is broken.
Period.
Go back to your troll. cave.

Please show these tests as if that is true I guess you now use a controller?
The problem is this has been tested many times and each time the same outcome.
What the target compensation actually does is cause a slowdown affect or gravitational pull. So when you are pass a player your cross hair pulls more towards the person most commonly notice as a slowdown in aim speed.
There is no locking onto targets not is there any additional tracking given. This is a debunked moronic idea pushed by bad players making excuses.
Now to 8 year old slaying lobbies. Maybe they are just better than you. Sorry to say this but you just aint as good as you think.
In the end your whole arguement can easily be debunked by just looking at pro players. Pro players will always use the process that gives the best chances to win. If a controller could out perform a mouse and keyboard you would see pro level players all swapping. However this just doesnt happen and you actually see the opposite with pro level console players normally being forced to switch to mouse and keyboard to continue at the highest levels.
All you are doing is making excuses. Your making stuff up thats easily been debunked 10000s of times and can easily be disproved. So keep lieing to yourself and keep saying its because of aim assit when you secretly know its the fact you just aint that good.
Enjoy making excuses and having to lie about how aim assist works. Ahahhahahahhaha- 5 years ago
Exactly the excuses that all controller players state. 'git good'. i wont change to a controller cause im not a sellout cheater.
People have principles and it seems that you don't.
You're clearly a liar and everyone can see right through your fervent defence.
Its broken and you know it. You just dont want to lose your edge.
