      Let me just copy some youtube comments i find very true and funny about her new tactical. :D

      "she has the ability to reposition her whole team vertically every 20 seconds. That alone is crazy powerful, along side her Ult which is obnoxious to fight at close to mid range, especially in tight spaces or if you’re holding a building. "

      "No she's balanced now lol. She was OP as * and everyone that used her, relied on a crutch to get kills. Now watch all the horizon mains realize that they aren't actually good and they don't have any skill lmfaoo.       I can post some more of the people that were having a hard time against her, but they are a bit offensive. :D
       
      But pretty much she get what she deserved. Is it a bit too much ? Hell no! She is still super strong, just not OP/Broken as before, and people should realize how to play to her strengths.
       
      Her tactical have absolutely all and was broken as hell. Her passive was strong, and her ultimate was a no skill squad nade kill.

      If i was doing the nerf i would her remove the healing during the lift, cause that is totally unfair, would reduce the lift strafing speed, and add accuracy penalty.
       
      So Horizon main should be 100% happy that they left you the healing part on her lift ....
      According to Albralelie, who quite often loves to exaggerate stuffs, he said he she is still pretty good.
