stuck right at plane launch (the clump)
It has become really common for 1/2 the plane to drop as soon as the timer reaches zero. We'll get back to solving that issue later.. but first...
If you drop in the big group, sometimes players get stuck in a "clump" of people who are not moving.... however, when the clump breaks up, a bunch of players are unfairly already 200-600m below, as they somehow didn't get stuck in the clump.
The way the server unfairly delays SOME players is terrible, because it's too late to get back into the plane, and too late to get to the ground before everyone has guns.
Please solve whatever server issue is causing some people to get stuck in a clump.

Even better, redesign the plane drop so 1/2 the plane does not drop when the timer reaches zero. I think this happens because the plane is really slow, and people want to get into the action fast. Here are some ideas about doing that:
1) get rid of the timer altogether.... make the plane fly faster, but make it start so far out that if you insta-drop you land in the water... so players have to decide where they are going to drop, not at some magic timer reaching zero
2) split squads into 2-3 planes coming in from different directions... that way the initial drop from each plane will be smaller, and players will be more spread out on the map initially
3) make squads drop from the plane "single file" (or dual file), so that holding Interact in the plane puts you in line, but doesn't drop you until you reach your place in line. This will slow down the drops, but if you are 20th in line, then you might just let go of interact and wait for a later drop.
4) get rid of the plane altogether, and drop players from the sky all at the same time and randomly spread across the map... letting them decide where to go based on where they are dropped, instead of just having them all drop when the timer reaches zero
... or something else.. anything that gets rid of this buggy clumping when 1/2 the plane drops because the timer reaches zero'
