Suggested Loba buff

Rework her bracelet. Allow for Loba to teleport to her Bracelet whilst it is in mid-air, keeping some of the momentum of the moving bracelet. (Or wait for it to hit the ground) Side note: This keep...

@davkin09 nah. Give her banner pickups as base kit and leave her skills alone and upgrades alone.
Although I wouldn't mind Partnership Perks/Upgrades.
Loba+Wraith: Loba gets to phase when casting her teleport, granting her safe harbor while it flies, so she doesn't get killed while helpless/defenseless.
Could use an upgrade point, or be base, however they wish to do partnership upgrades.
