Suggestion: Notification when shop is offering exclusive for an owned skin

A simple pop-up informing us that there's an exclusive skin upgrade available in the shop for a legendary skin we already own. Perhaps such a notification already exists? (I've no idea, as I've yet ...

The exclusive skin is just a recolor of the legendary skin you own, nothing to special. They update like once a week so you have plenty of time to click on the item shop once...
