Tactical Ability Toggle?

I play on PS4 with the evolved button layout, which works really well for me. My only gripe is that since my tactical ability is mapped to the ‘x’ button, it is almost impossible for me to hold down my tactical ability and aim at the same time  (e.g. aiming Loba’s bracelet).  Would it be possible to add a setting where you could toggle tactical abilities? Like with Fuse(or Loba), tapping his tactical will automatically aim and fire immediately, but when you hold down the tactical ability it lets you see the arc and fires when you release. I’d like the option to have that same effect except with tapping instead of holding. So tapping once would take out the ability and let you see the arc and tapping a second time would fire it.
