Team Deathmatch Timelimit Too Long

Played team death match and we reached the time limit.  Attached is the last minute of the match and the time it took to complete the match which ended up being 30 minutes and 5 seconds.  Timelimit on team death match should be way shorter than 30 minutes.  Should be closer to 10 or 15 minutes.  Entire enemy team left except for one person who would not leave.  They either ratted or ran around the edges of the map.
