There should be some form of karma-feature, where you can commend or de-commend teammates.
Then it should work by pairing players with bad karma with other at the bottom, as well as pairing players with good karma.
On the flip side, maybe 80% of my games, people insta-hot drop where half the lobby goes, die within 5-10 seconds of the game and then I'm 3v1'd by 2-3 teams.
Knowing this, sad to say but whenever someone drops like that, where half the lobby is going, and I get downed, I just leave. It's a very frustrating cycle that I'm quite surprised I don't see more people complaining about. It's like hot drop, die in 5 secs, back to lobby, repeat.

Yeah sometimes I do the same thing, especially if my team mates are below level 100 and hot dropping - guaranteed failure, so I just leave the game before dropping.
Honestly, I really don't get why as soon as the game starts, people just pull the trigger and drop, with no care as to how many people are landing in the exact same spot. At that point in time, it's not a matter of who is better, it becomes a chance game, whoever is able to pick up a weapon first.
I don't like the idea of leaving it to chance, so I avoid that type of drop at all costs. It's so much smarter to drop right outside a popular area and rotate into the hot spot, then pick off surviving teams. For me, there is NO fun whatsoever in the stupid and annoying cycle of hot dropping, dying in 5 secs, back to lobby...
What actually amazed me one time was a random hot dropped, our team got wiped almost instantly and my next game I had the same guy, dropping the exact same hot spot, dying the exact same way lol. I don't get it but hey, to each their own.
