Terrible customer support
I used a valid coin code on my steam account, the coins never showed up on my EA account. I contacted EA support to help, and they have consistently asked me for documentation that doesn't exist and refused to answer my questions about why the coins didn't show up and if the issue is fixed. I contacted steam support and showed EA those messages of steam saying they don't provide confirmations for code redemptions. A different support person answers each time and none of them have shown any interest in actually helping. Has anyone else figured out how to get EA to actually help?

Thank you for the update, Sorry for the initial misunderstanding. Given the situation of how you got a code I would recommend reaching out to the Game Changer you won the code from and let them know it did not work.
From there they should be able to contact their EA GC Rep. who can take a look into this further and if need be look into a new code. Our support team can only assist with purchases made from one of our trusted retailers.
