Worst: Capitol City, the Skull Town of World's Edge. It's an almost guaranteed way to lose fast, as even if you beat three squads, you'll get killed by the 4th, 5th, or 6th. Train Yard is pretty bad for the same reason.
Best: The Dome, and if it isn't too close to the dropship path, Lava City. High loot density and really unpopular, good for gearing up fast. Also like the mountain west of Skyhook. Pretty much guaranteed to have at least a couple of snipers, and considering how sniper friendly the map is... Also has lots of bins to the west, and Skyhook to the east, so you have some options on where to move next.
