The chat character cap, and the chat itself is just a mess.

So I've talked about this in another post, but since after an actual seasonal update, the devs still haven't realised how small, yet how huge of a problem the chat character cap is. 63 characters? Really? How did they think that was a good enough cap for the chat? There has been many times where i type something, then i get the most annoying sound in the world saying i can't type anymore, and then have to send the message, then continue the same message again. And even if the message isn't that long, it's still gonna cut me off, even if I'm in the last word of the message, i then have to put the 2 missing characters from the message i sent on another message? Who is responsible for this? Who thought that 63 characters was enough for it? Was it Bob? I blame Bob for it!

But no for real though, this is a really annoying factor, and the fact i have to bring this up again since it hasn't been talked about anywhere else, and the problem hasn't been taken to consideration is just ridiculous. Atleast if you have a bad voice chat, don't take away our only chat that SHOULD work...

And since we're talking about the chat, i will bring this up again also: The chat literally changes my keyboard language layout to english, and it's so annoying getting some letters or stuff in a different place than what I'm used to. Like come on, let us use the one we're comfortable with! Why is this a feature in the first place? Was it Bob again? I swear to god if Bob is responsible for this also...
