please explain why I was banned? Yesterday I played and everything was fine, I never used cheats at all, I'm already in the third season, what’s wrong? or is it some kind of mistake? What did I break or what? is it possible to fix it?
1st reset password. it turns out my account somehow left steam and went to origin. so i was able to play in origin. but guess what. im banned. in TUTORIAL!
Didn't even know that was a thing.
I haven't played the game in years and used to play through Origins Launcher. This time I downloaded on Steam, connected my account and the game just sat there for months. Now I tried to play the game as I was bored and then I get the same thing you got. Banned. Checked on my Ban History but nothing was there. I think it may be something to do with opening the account through Steam and not Origins Launcher? I am currently appealing on a ticket and I don't know when they'll get back to me on this.

If you are banned, you need to contact the Terms of Service team to appeal banned accounts. No one can assist with banned accounts on the AHQ forums
