The client's game account has been banned: Banned

please explain why I was banned? Yesterday I played and everything was fine, I never used cheats at all, I'm already in the third season, what’s wrong? or is it some kind of mistake? What did I break...

I haven't played the game in years and used to play through Origins Launcher. This time I downloaded on Steam, connected my account and the game just sat there for months. Now I tried to play the game as I was bored and then I get the same thing you got. Banned. Checked on my Ban History but nothing was there. I think it may be something to do with opening the account through Steam and not Origins Launcher? I am currently appealing on a ticket and I don't know when they'll get back to me on this.
