I don't play ranked, may a handful of times in the last 7 years... 

sad thing is everything you just explained, is exactly what pubs is like for me and has been for a few seasons now. 

The fun is literally gone. 

I have to own to the fact that I have never been much of a ranked player, but as all these changes unfolded my response was to just stop playing ranked completely. There's still plenty of stuff in the game for me to do without doing ranked. But I feel for players who are in the game for one reason and one reason only - to grind up the rank ladder. I've said it before and I'll say it again: It's as if the developer handed you a flaming bad of **bleep** and said if you eat it fast enough you won't burn your hands.
