The "Esc " button

You should make it so we have to hold the "Esc" key (or whatever key it's bind to) to open the menu. It's annoying to get shot while looting and press Esc to quit the looting window (even though it closes automatically) and opening up the menu. Oh and make it so we can cancell the execution animation, many times we're tring to pick something up or open a door and someone's down nearby and we execute them by mistake...
