I state and recommend you to consult the percentage of use of the heroes in the ranked, through one of the various dedicated third party sites, before commenting.

Once abandoned the silver elo to enter gold there is a primary tendency to always conform to the same 3 heroes (represented in this patch by Valk, Gib and Wraith).

If patches seldom allow one of these 3 to be eradicated, I see that absolutely nothing is done for those heroes suffering from profound design problems.

Unlike other, less successful and lower quality games than apex legends, the qualitative difference between playable characters is naively too profound.

I refer for example to Rampart, Fuse, Mirage; but even the heroes who are not used now in ranked but rarely can still be seen as Lifeline. The kits compared to a Gibraltar are ridiculous, and this hurts the game because it forces players, like it or not, to conform to those 3-4 meta heroes.

I see no attempt from the developers to care this aspect of the game and I regret it.

Announcing new heroes is very nice for marketing, for banner ads, for business, but continuing (and obliging) to always use the same three makes it useless.
