The Loba (Red Handed Skin) is missing its glimmer effect

I notice that Loba's "Red handed" skin no longer has its glimmer effect. At first, I thought it was patched out since I only noticed it after the Chaos Theory update. It didn't make much sense consid...

I am certainly not making any more purchases unless this gets fixed. No telling if I’ll actually get to keep what I bought or if it will be changed for no apparent reason
