The most obvious users are from China Russian and Brazil the harder to detect players are those that use even worse things that only fire on the mouse over point Trigger bots then you have the Lag Switches literally cutting their lan cable to put a open circuit pedal switch in to lag run.
ISP used to host a Ladder for FPS games in early 2000 the admins from the ISP had a clan and all used hacks to stay at top for years recording software ruined their cheating days.
