The servers in apex legends are so bad
There is no skilled based match making and always over 100 ping even though the server I'm in is 26 ms to 32 ms most of the time . A lot of no reg and getting destroyed because of it

- @DexterousBear13 yeah mate after update the hit reg is about 0. my ping is like 36-40 - but it feels like 80-100. and things getin worse when i play in team of 3 - it feels like ping is 150 and pocket loses. every enemy see me before i even got over the corner....feels like every one wall hacking atc.....servers r bad guys.

it s been like this since the release... - @DexterousBear13 If you're playing ranked, I'm pretty sure part of it is just cheaters DDOSing connections. It seems like they went from kicking everyone out, to kicking a few out, to just lagging them out in an effort to bypass EA/Respawn's detection systems.
The main evidence I have that suggests this, is when you have no issues and then a team shows up from nowhere, and its nothing but lag, and when they squad wipe you, the lag is gone like it didn't even exist in the first place. I've also noticed that when you back away from a team the moment you start lagging, and get at least 100 meters away from them, the lag also stops, but would start again when they get closer.
In other words, it seems like they lag you out so you can't fight back, and the servers think its your connection. I mean, sometimes it is our connections, although doesn't feel like it. If i play unranked i get west coast servers with ping under 30. But the moment I play ranked in diamond and above I will never be below 58 (central) up to 90 (East). Respawn is under the assumption people who play ranked care more about queue time then match quality, that true for to3 since it only works in their favor since they avoid it by creating their own team. However people who solo queue would much rather wait if it meant real teammates with mic's against similar teams. To3 need to absolutely only play with other to3 but my guess is that will ruin streaming so they wont. Literally never get west coast servers the moment i hit diamond.
Seems like all data centers in the same region are connected and pulls players from all of them to the same lobby. Also, at least in my experience will the actual ping to the lobby server seems to matter very little. I have had 60 ping games in which feels like I am flying accros the map and Ive had 20 ping games where it feels like I am running through mud. I also experience that the game runs worse in ranked: Just speculating but perhaps its because the stricter mm algoritms grabs players from all over the region = pings all over the place = bad server performance. ATM, 9/10 of my rankes games on EU are terrible. When I watch my replays, the prediction error symbol starts to flash in so many of my close range fights which makes the game stutter and mini-freezeYes, the issue has been around since the beginning of time. The developers in technical feedback just ask your hardware's information and videos as proof, just to come and say: "Yes, this is our server issue," without actually doing anything about it. Never played any other game where you had the packet loss and lagging throughout the game, and only fix is to relaunch the game.
Apex has the worst servers of any video game I have played. I have 179 fps caped and locked(180 hz monitor) but the game feels like I play 30 fps. So laggy nad stuttery. Very rare that it fells like smooth gameplay. Dont have a an issues like that with other games. It does feel smoother with vsync on, but then theres some input lag. Dont know wtf is up with this game.
