I also believe there is a problem with their decisions but not in the same way as you say. I think we should bring their attention to the real issue: rank smufs, no map rotation on rank, no point in doing rank if you can't grind with high entry cost and low kill points with randosm, etc.
I think you invent issues that are not. Issues are most likely on your side not theirs. They develop the software and provide the servers while your harware and your internet providers do create those issues: high latency, frame drop, etc.
I have no frame drop! Super good ping all the time and the only time I never had reg issue is at the start of season 14 in 1 game... and Respawn solved the problem very quickly in like a few days.
YOUR reg issue most likely comes from your harware and internet provider issue. And it can come from bad aiming.
When you aim you have to calculate : speed of moving target, possible change in target movement, speed of bullet to travel that distance, bullet drop for the target's position.

You really believe that having issues like
- no-reg damage --> this being the oldest and highest of issues for an FPS
- high ping
- framerate drops
- The worst servers of ALL FPS current mainstream (includiing fortnite, COD, Valorant and even Battlefield)
- Cheating, cheatting, cheating, cheating... Is it to much to ask for verified accounts and permanent bans?
