Hi there. Try signing out of the help site. Then, see if you can submit another case without being signed in. You should be able to do this. Let me know if you have some trouble with it. Thanks!

I haven't played this game for a long time and found out that my account has been banned. I went to EAHelp to write emails to appeal and sent many emails, but there were no cases in my case. It kept me starting new cases
