1) Audio is limited by the engine. They would need to rewrite the entire audio subsystem and integrate it or update to the next generation of the engine. Very large effort.
2) Matchmaking - I could go on forever on this topic & I have. It is totally broken and Respawn's blog post about it is complete BS.
3) Bugs - Lots of them. They create almost as many as they fix.
4) Smurfs - They want them for "bronze to Pred in one stream" content. They will never do anything about them.
5) Anti-Cheat - Needs a completely new system. EAC does absolutely nothing. Reporting people is meaningless.
Just quit. If not to stop EA from stealing more of your money. Do it for your own sanity.
