Third party devices

How come there’s more cheaters on console than pc, feels like nothing has changed especially the amount of people playing on alt accounts that are lower than level 80.

I’ve came across titans/cronus and xims on my team or just going against them. I solo queue in platinum 1 and diamond lobbies and can’t climb the ranks because of the amount of people cheating just to get predator. 
 
Console ranked on any game in mid-high tier lobbies are a joke due to cheaters.
