There is no "good" gamign headset for 50$. Good headsets costs 140$ upwards and there are basically 2 brands that are semi decent. Sennheiser (very expensive) and HyperX (trash mic but very comfortable headset with decent sound >100$ cost).

7.1 is useless. Like others said you have 2 ears.

Again like others said, buy a pair of studio headphones and a seperate mic. All razer headphones are complete trash for their price. Their are the same quality a 20$ headset would cost.

I can hear everything loud and clear and have had no trouble with people hearing me on my $30 eBay headset that I've owned for a year now. But yeah can carry on believing that.
