The graph of ranked distribution in season two:

Platinum + diamond + predators = less than 20% of the player base. I was in gold, my KD is approx. 0.5.

So I'm afraid, the majority wouldn't agree with you =))

Eh that means nothing, i also never play ranked. There are probably loads of people who COULD be pred/dia but just dont care to grind, and those are also sitting in the bronze/silver graph part 🙂

(I'm currently Gold because i thought i might try a bit ranked but it's just not my cup of tea)

Right, but wrong. If it was the case, we would have a "broken" graph with randomly distributed silver, gold and platinum players, or even a gap in the gold tier. But instead, we have a very smooth log-normal distribution curve. So this data may not reflect the actual player percentages but it is quite meaningful after all.

@Kimsey02 If you are good enough to be Pred then you can play through to diamond just running through the lobby, your play style will not need to adhere to ranked slow play.
