@PsyhiX69 Reporting players for any reason also doesn't work, along with blocking. The game would still put them in your matches, and even give you them as teammates.
In other words, player A can report player B until the cows come home, and the game will still give player B as a random for player A. I've had the same bad teammates 5 matches in a row before, and even had randoms who were cheating and I had to play another mode, game, or sit in the lobby to wait for them to hopefully be in a match when I start queing.
This matchmaking seems to favor quick matches, over quality matches, which is part of why I keep saying the game has EOMM. The other part of why I think the game has EOMM is because its putting players in back to back bad matches and when it thinks they're going to get off, it gives them a good match before doing it over again.
I've experienced this way too much, and I can tell when I'm going to either win or place top 3. Which is when everyone I fight are either bots or bad at the game, and my teammates can suddenly do more than 100 damage and they're not dying within the first few seconds of a fight.
If you decide to play with friends, the matchmaking changes for the worse.
Playing as a duo team, you would usually get a really bad 3rd, and go up against enemies of a much higher skill. While playing as a trio team, since the game can't give you any bad teammates, it just gives you enemy squads of a much higher skill. At least that's what happens when I play with friends, (most of them don't play Apex anymore due to the cheating/smurfing issues, zero/no audio, bad matchmaking, etc.)
Yesterday I played a few matches with a friend of mine. While on my own before they joined, I was seeing low levels, (level 20-35) every other 3rd or so match. Once they had joined me, suddenly every match had a bunch of low level players. You could argue that maybe it was because my friend is only in the 100 level range, (they don't play very much), and the game was "taking it easy" on us, but nope.
Every low level player was either a smurf or a cheater, and I've played the game long enough to know what cheating looks like. Most of the matches as well, the low levels were on the champion team, and I would see them in the kill feed a lot.
EA/Respawn seems to allow smurfing as they allow pros to stream rookie to pred grinds, and allow so many "new accounts" into matches who are at a pred level skill and/or are using cheats.
What's the point in having a smurfing report option, if its allowed by EA/Respawn? Why don't we have other report options for things like xray/wall hacks? Why doesn't the report option, "concluding with other teams", also let us easily report who they're concluding with? etc.

That's exactly my experience, which is saddening, because deep inside I know I didn't earn it in any way. I was just in a lobby with lower skilled player (no matter if real or bots).

Once I am put in these lobbies it's impossible to be "downgraded". The only thing that works is to stop playing immediately and come back tomorrow.

Like what exactly I suppose to do here. Mind You they are not playing alone like one skilled + two "bots" like I am but always play as a 3 stack of high skilled players.
If that is not a manipulative matchmaking that I don't know what is.
There is only a certain number of matches per day I can play until I start to see these prestacks and the worst part is that the MM seems to NOT CARE if I am actually playing good or bad at some point I will face these players anyway.
