@Fitt75 The 5 min ban was reasonable. You left a game assuming you weren't going to get revived. I go into ranked solo a lot and if a teammate decided to go and die somewhere away from me, I give it a few seconds before I even start trying to get their banner, simply to let the other team leave so that I don't suffer the same fate they did.
They give us a good amount of time to save a teammates banner, you should always wait it out and see what happens.

I dont know if I agree with the OP, but ranked is pretty toxic. Literally its a hiding fest till top 5. People literally run from fights the entire game until they are forced too, then its a nade spam fest of 5 teams or snipe fest..
The RP system is a joke, and my main complaint is it is a team based game. There should be no bonuses granted to plays specifically. The kills just keep people either fighting with their team and causing hostility if someone shoots a bullet and finishes somebody. Then this causes your team to start apologizing to each other. To me this is what the main problem is.
I have had many rounds where I have killed 3 people and get downed by a third party that camps my box so I get stuck waiting till the end. This in no case is an issue to me as that is the point of the game. Just boring.
