@Midnight9746 I always went the other one because either my pylon would always get destroyed by an EMP, or we'd all get shot down pretty fast. Thus more pylon health is useless because EMP, and we're taking a beating so faster shield charge helps sustain us. I didn't realize that it boosted ally recharge speeds.
Almost every time I place down a pylon in combat, emp kills it within 30 seconds. Better to absorb as much shield as possible, because emp will kill it regardless of extended HP, and make regenerating power useless as well. Faster shield charge is thus better, as you get more shield out of it before it gets emp'd vs the infinite power one.

Of course, could have just been that E-District and Crypto's off-the-grid had just arrived. Perhaps that's why I kept getting EMP'd.
That crypto was using accelerants, because I used one and replaced my Pylon, and a few seconds later he hit me with another EMP.
