Welp you are already wrong here. Because clearly that's not true given how many people think the TTK is good. But lets keep going "The Division, Destiny" well these aren't good examples are they? I mean Both games is more about PVE than PVP.

No teamwork is about working together to do something. Of all things you said the only thing that has anything to do with teamwork is communication. Given that " situational awareness, map knowledge, surroundings, sounds" are as relevant in a gungame in CS as in a squad game.

But at the end of the day that's just your opinion as mine is that no, it should give advantage, not a easy free kill. Because like i said many times: That's your opinion. And if these things are so good i ask you a question: why you are here and not in the BR games that have that kinda of gameplay?

The TTK of this game for most people, when talking about certain weapons, already is low; that's exactly why wingman and peackeeper has so many complains because how much damage they can do. And you want to low the entire game TTK? Are you for real?
