Twitch Prime Loot Not Received

So the first time i claimed the Twitch prime loot, i have claimed it on the wrong Ea account, after i did that i asked for my friend's twitch prime account so i can get the loot on the right account this time, after i claimed the loot, i disconected the EA account from his Twitch account, at the loot page it's says CLAIMED, but when i logged on my account i hadn't received the loot, can you guys please help me? ☹️ i already tried to relog, log off etc, still didn't received my loot.
