I haven't played Apex for almost half a year, and then my Apex is level 1 when I log in to EA, and when I log in on Steam, it will show me to register, and then reset my password, and it will keep asking me to reset my password, and it shows that my Steam can't link with EA

If you've reset your password with these steps and still aren't able to sign in, you'll need to get in touch with the support team for help updating any account information or login details. We are unable to make any changes here on the forums.
Keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account, not separate platforms like Steam. If you played on Steam in the past and are seeing a level 1 account when logging into this EA account directly, it's likely you used a different account in the past. Please be sure to check any other emails or accounts you may have used previously, and feel free to contact support above if you run into any trouble accessing an account.
