Unfair Client Ban ( possible account hacked ) (got unbanned)

UPDATE: I GOT UNBANNED AFTER 1 WEEK. TRY TALKING DIRECTLY ON LIVE CHAT, THAT HELPED A LOT. I WAS LUCKY AND GOT A REALLY NICE SUPPORT GUY

MY STORY WITH APEX LEGENDS

I started playing Apex Legends since it launched. Me and my friends were having a lot of fun for the frist time in a battle royale. We never liked this genere, but Apex was something diffrent. It was so satisfying, fun and exciting to play. I will cut the story short. Fast forward, I kept playing every season from 1 to 5, completing the battle passes, along playing the events at their limit. I also have a lot of skins and nice things on my account. Most of my friends left the game long ago for it's proeminent flaws, glitches and problems, but I loved it too much to leave it behind. So here I am with 890h spent on it:

HOW DID I GET BANNED

You wonder how I got banned ?

Ok so hear me out. 🤐

Yesterday I joined Apex to play once again with my friends, but as soon as the matchmaker found a game, it logged me out and a message popped up saying: "The client's game account has been banned : Banned." I nearly had a heart attack to be honest. I did not even play that day  at all, and I was greeted by that. I never used any kind of cheats whatsoever, nor third party programs or exploits. I read the EA guidelines and rules about Apex and I did not break any rule. I checked my email to see if I got something from EA. To my horrific surprise I found there an email from 11 am. That email was stating that I was caught cheating, thus banning my client. I had no words and my head started to hurt. I was banned from one of my favourite games. 😢

POSSIBLE ACCOUNT HACKED

To make things even worse:

Something was off with my account these days, because I would get random match reports from ranked or casual games I did not play. I never EVER gave away my account data or password. These matches however, were not affecting my in game stats for some reason. I believe they did only once with a ranked game, noticing only later. Also my legends and skins were  sometimes not the ones I selected in the menu before. Possible hacked account or glitch, I have no idea.

CONCLUSION AND FINAL THOUGHTS

I can provide any information needed or proof I am asked to, becasue I never cheated. I have recordings, streams and screenshots of my past games.

I probably got hacked and someone cheated on my account. My stats aren't even that great, just average.

Considering that EA still did not respond to my filled form, I lost some hope.
