Uninstalled Apex. When Will These Devs put Legitimacy at the Forefront

This "silence" from EA and Respawn on this topic says it all - time to get out of here.

Totally agree. Personally have played 1/4 of regular time in past 2 seasons, keeping game on my PC honestly just to see how much worse can it get in next months (probably not years) to come. My plan is to just log into the game with each patch especially if it addresses hacking or matchmaking and see how things have change if at all -> post my finding here. Like I did in infection rate check where Apex said 7-8% but in my 2 week experiment it was 75% :)

I agree yet:

• Valorant = actually bans hackers I have reported and confirms it and I can track that via tracker.gg vs Apex allowing PROS! to use aimbot in ranked!
• CS = invented FACEIT, yes it is not perfect by far but still vs. Apex where there is ranked and ALGS and nothing in between as far as I know
• Overwatch = not the best example or actually the worst but at least have clear system where people can report voice and text trashtalk and people get instantly banned without appeal (been there done that) vs Apex where you can slur all the way, I guess some 3 seasons ago there was AI added that checks text chat for "key words" and actually ban you (temp ban)
• Smaller community games have given Admin / server rights to 3rd party server hosts who enforce live cheater monitoring

Respawn / EA is too big to hide and be unable to solve this or at least somehow battle this vs saying they basically struggle to develop the game and come up with new loot / cosmetics... it just does not align. Clearly situation of "don't want to" vs "can't".

Also part of the fact might ... just might be the situation where initially EA was not aware of pros / streamers hacking who now have cemented their legacy and image in the game and still hack but EA now can't do much about it without affecting their numbers in the books greatly. Aka if proper anti-cheat would be launched most pros started to have recoil and play more human like, no more 30+ kills per game.

I'm getting the impression from the commentators that the latest iterations of these devices are undetectable. I'm also getting the impression that there is no competitive multiplayer game that isn't inundated with players using these devices, so leaving for some other greener pasture is probably just pie in the sky thinking. There are no more green pastures, at least not in gaming. Not sure what's left. Stay and haunt the bronze lobbies or donate my xbox to the local Goodwill. So sad.
