Upcoming potential Wraith nerf

You Apex Legends developers should really leave Wraith alone, she has already been changed before making her a way more balanced legend. I myself like the Wraith tactical change that happened a couple of seasons back but now you want to change her even more? Only because some bad players can’t hit their shots doesn’t mean her hitbox should be increased, you literally just changed her running animation making her a slightly bigger target and now you want to add even more on top of it? Leave her as she is, you’ve already done enough damage.

  • Good thing I don't have a main because I've been playing this game for fun since release. Wins don't really mean much like they used to, since predators roam the causal playlist and suck the fun out of everything. Regardless, Wraith is not "NeRfEd iNtO ThE gRoUnD" just because she lost her ability to panic void and has a better hitbox and running animation, it's more of a rework and less of a nerf. You still have her passive, ult, and one of (if not THE) fastest base strafing speed in the game. Your waifu had like 7 seasons as the uncontested best legend, let someone else shine. Let her have a break, you'll be okay, I promise.

  • @AIM2KILL978 That's not exact about strafes. Developers confirmed all legends have the same move speed. Only Revenant has a buff for this when crouching.

@IMightKickAss Not sure about you but I haven't believed anything the devs have said since Wattson released. They've been proven wrong with fixing audio, proven wrong with fixing legends, so I have a very hard time believing wraiths strafe speed is the exact same. Sure, they hit her with reworks but wraith is Respawns poster child and in the past have put her on a pedestal which is weird. The way I see it, there's still things about wraith that they aren't being truthful with.

@IMightKickAss That's kind of true and false at the same time. All legends are equal in a foot race when no abilities are used so when running they are equal.

When strafing there is a significant change in location/space when a character is small rather than big.

A strafing Gibby doesn't change the shootable area all that much while a strafing pre-nerf Wraith had a significant change from moment to moment.
