I will be honest... I have no idea what kind of point you were trying to get across.
I already made a point to address the concern of "making respawning 'too easy"" for players by stating how much work and coordination it would take to bring back an expired teammate banner.
That included a VERY HIGH REPLICATING COST for the teammate banner to be made and also having to actually wait for the banner to time out before replicating even becomes an option.
I see a common counter arguement being made about how players can just "go and get the banner before it times out" which as stated previously is sometimes IMPOSSIBLE to do without risking the entire team. The traditional "grab and run" method would be the faster and cost efficient way of bringing back a teammate, since it costs 0 material to do so. This option I am proposing acts as remedy for the situations where a teammates deathbox is in a severely compromised position where if you attempted to recover the banner, the player attempting the rescue ends becoming dead themselves. The only other option for the team as a whole would be to actually abandon the dead player for their banner to expire. That is a situation absouslely NO ONE likes to go through; no one likes watching their alive teammates run away as their own banner slowly ticks to expiration.
This feature is not meant to replace the traditional method of recovery if that what you are concerned about it doing.

COMMON SCENARIO
Lets say that after you and your squad drop hot and take out one squad, but a 3rd party takes out one of your teammates, forcing the survivors to retreat. As the 3rd party squad is looting the death boxes of the fallen, you and your last squad mate weigh out your options about what is the next move to make now that you are both down a teammate.
The traditional options usually go as:
-Attempt a 2v3 against a squad with the best gear in the area in a "all or nothing" fight to recover the teammate banner before the timer expires.
-Cut your losses and get to safety with who is left and let their teammate expire out of the game.
As player of this game since Season 0, I can assure you that the majority of players will pick the latter option, since the former is takes a considerable amount of skill, coordination and luck to get out alright.
With my Replicator option added, this now adds a 3rd option for the survivors that will give them a reason to look out for areas with materials and fresh supplies.
In this scenario, the REPLICATE TEAMMATE BANNER option will cost the survivors lets say 300 Materials (each). Now unless there about 8 Material Pods on your drop to just make another banner ready to go, the survivors will now have to search the map to gather the materials to bring their teammates back into the fight. Now instead of walking around the map as a perma "2 man trio squad" waiting for a bad fight to happen, successful material gatherings in each area they can manage to get through will bring them closer to having a full squad again, despite the fatal encounter they endured minutes ago.
This will reward players who are knowledgeable and skilled enough to make good decisions while going around the map with expired teammates.
This alternative scenario is much more preferable than having to actively force a win out of every encounter 2v3's endlessly with no hope of getting a teammate again.
And please note this "Recovery by Replicating" option would be by no means an easy task for a Trio of 2 members to pull off without caution. Searching areas for materials with just 2 out of the members would never be without risk.
