Valkyrie has a glitch while healing

So today I couldn't rank up cause my last 2 games as Valk I was blinded when healing because her helmet or something was blocking the whole screen while healing... Could of won a fight but instead I lost rp because respawn can't fix their game. IDK I have my good games but jeesus its annoying that this bug exists.
