Valkyrie is Overpowered

I'm not making a final judgment yet, but I do think Valkyrie is leaning towards being Overpowered (OP) right now.

In fact, her pick rate is unusually high in both the overall and the highest-ranked lobbies (16% overall and 14.4% in Predator/Master).

While I understand that balancing her is difficult given the history of her shift from Skirmisher to Recon, professional game designers (artists) should be rigorous with their own work.

I'd say the improvement to her jetpack handling was good, but I assess that it was not good to buff other aspects alongside it (e.g., being able to fire missiles while flying).

You shouldn't hesitate to apply either nerfs or buffs, but they shouldn't be done boldly and carelessly. It would be more appropriate to repeatedly make small, careful adjustments incrementally while observing the impact.
