honestly i think fuse's tactical is stronger than valk's tactical, the only thing valk's tactical has going for it is the stun which can be very strong with good communication
yeah but fuse's knuckle cluster doesn't stun you and you're able to get out of it.
Valk's missiles land/hit you, stun you and then explode.
Either remove the stun or keep it and make it ultimate.
It should be like gibby's arty and bangs airstrike. You should be able to get out of it unless your positioning is bad and you should be punished for it.

In the arena it might be easy to counter and get out of because there are no third parties, but in trios and ranked, you're fighting one squad then get third partied by another squad, it's hard to prioritizes who to kill first, it usually one that has the most immediate threat. Most of the time it's not very clear because there's so much chaos going on that when you see the indications of incoming missile attack, it's already too late to get out of the affecting area. If all three members of your squad get hit by valks missiles and assuming you weren't low on health before and you don't die to it, it's an easy win for their squad because they can wipe you in the 2 seconds of stun you get.

honestly i would wait a week or two before making any changes because people are still learning how to use it and adapt to it, i do think the stun is harsh but at the same time i think there are too many ults like that so i am not a fan of that becoming an ult however if it needs to be nerfed then i am happy for a nerf
i think its much stronger in high ranks because most of the power from the tactical imo is the follow up potential but i play pubs usually with zero communication so its much weaker than a high rank with lots of great communication where the tactical is followed up on a lot more
