valkyrie missile barrage is an "I Win" button.

Valkyrie missile barrage really needs to be ultimate, not a tactical. It's ridiculous at how fast the missiles launch, the range, the clustering and amount of damage and when they impact with a play...

Again you're not being stunned. You can get out and dodge, plus the amount of warning time on gibbys and bangs ults is pretty high. It's not at the same level of valks, if you get hit by 3-4 of valks missiles you just got 60-80hp damage plus a stun-lock which will kill you.
All I'm saying is it needs to be ult, if we're keeping the stun-lock. Other wise remove the stun and treat it like a knuckle cluster.

@Mad_Professor86 I actually feel this ability was not intended to be pumped out a lot of damage but more of crowd control with stuns. Which I personally find ok as other abilities that do much more damage also stun.
