Vertical audio is a mess and "no sound" is still there

What kind of audio setup are you running, just at a basic level? Are you using speakers/headphones/a sound bar, etc.?

You're definitely not the only one sharing this, but any info we can pass along regarding what you're experiencing this on specifically is much appreciated.

I'm running IEM headphones, raw stereo audio directly into the 3.5mm motherboard jack with no additional equalizers or similar.
