@xXStatelessXx I rarely buy packs. I only ever buy packs when I really (and I mean, really) wanted an event skin. I don't need 30 common skins, I rarely change character banners as well.

Of the 500 packs I opened, I saved 126 of them over the course of multiple seasons. Battle pass, quests...all of them. I was waiting for the Gibby heirloom. That is why this issue is even more painful to accept.
