Wattson passive

This might be a little unfair, but maybe just to add to the lore make Wattson take slightly less damage outside the ring. She did help create it so it would be kinda cool to see her give herself and edge in the game. Like "hey my generator on my back dampens the damage I take from the ring." Or something like that.
